I hope you and yours have a fun, peaceful summer!

Every Saturday morning:

  • Where: UR Harmony  (1707 S. Oneida St., Appleton, WI 54915. Across from St. Elizabeth Hospital. Simply park in the hospital parking lot across the street.)
  • When: 8:30am – 9:30am
  • Cost: $10 for a drop in or 5 for $40
  • Bring all your friends and a mat!

Would you like to feel even more relaxed and centered after our session together?

I would be happy to add a guided, spoken meditation at the end of our session together if you wish. Its theme can be about anything you’d like. The most popular themes have been on finding inner stillness and reaching the best version of yourself. I highly recommend adding one – it will elevate your practice!
